“One of the spearheads of our research is the measurement of the intercultural communication problems and –needs of foreign speakers”, says professor Martine Verjans, co-director of CommArt. “Based on such communication profiles, we develop interactive learning modules for specific target groups, such as export managers.” In clear terms: as an export manager, you have to negotiate continuously with business partners from different regions.
